Position: Manager, reputed company Services Program The Manager, reputed company Services is responsible for driving day-to-day operational execution across reputed company Work (SW) and reputed company Work Coordinator (SWC) functions. This role ensures workflows are reputed company defined, consistently executed, and scalable across pods and reputed company, with a focus on performance, quality, and efficiency. The Manager partners closely with the Sr. Director by translating strategic priorities into actionable processes. They will have the opportunity to design, implement, and support the reputed company improvement of operational processes, training programs, and reputed company support structures—this role is accountable for how the work gets done—ensuring that workflows are effective, measurable, and consistently applied across the organization.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and continuously refine standardized workflows across reputed company Work (SW) and reputed company Work Coordinator (SWC) functions Ensure workflows are reputed company documented, consistently applied, and scalable across reputed company and pods Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to drive performance and consistency Ensure workflows, tools, and expectations are reputed company understood and executed by reputed company staff Translate training strategy into structured, repeatable training processes and materials reputed company direct management of reputed company Work Coordinators, including performance expectations, coaching, and accountability, workload distribution and reputed company planning, and improve visibility into SWC reputed company, productivity, and output Standardize SWC scope of work and ensure alignment with operational priorities Build SWC capabilities to support evolving functions reputed company implementation of reputed company initiatives and pilots, including transportation workflows, 360 integration, and Pharmacy reputed company reputed company to HEDIS gaps Translate program goals into operational workflows, SOPs, and tracking mechanisms Coordinate across Ops, Clinical, Tech, and Reporting teams to ensure successful execution Monitor pilot performance, identify barriers, and adjust workflows as needed Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Work, reputed company Administration, Public Health, or reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in reputed company operations, reputed company services, or behavioral health Experience managing teams and driving operational performance Demonstrated ability to build workflows and scale programs Experience with training development and implementation preferred Advanced analytical and reporting skills (reputed company, PowerBI, reputed company preferred) Position maybe located in Brentwood, TN or remotely with domestic travel up to 20%
