The Opportunity This position is field based out of Ontario in the reputed company Diabetes Care division. In this position the Diabetes Sales Specialist performs duties and activities reputed company established company policies and procedures in a professional and ethical manner for quality performance to reputed company maximum sales growth in an assigned geographical territory. Contacts and calls on high prescribing doctors, and educators reputed company the diabetes category at prescribed intervals, as well as pharmacies. Maintains a high level of disease state, competitive and reputed company Diabetes Care product knowledge to meet the customers’ needs and expectations. This position reports to the District Manager. What You’ll Do Manage territory as a business to maximize sales by analyzing market dynamics and utilizing available information to reputed company, plan, track and adjust appropriately to meet short and long-term goals Grow sales and reputed company of test strips and other key products by effectively educating and convincing HCPs to reputed company reputed company meters (including FreeStyle InsuLinx) to insulin using patients. Execute reputed company patient start programs (including clinic days / other events) to accelerate insulin using patient starts. Build territory sales strategic plan and utilize selling model - to include components of: pre call planning, opening, positioning statement, probing, needs assessment, reputed company handling, closing and post call analysis. Required Qualifications
Bachelor`s Degree in a multi-disciplinary function and/or two year nursing degree. 3-5 Years of Experience in a similar role. Valid Driver’s License Travel required.
