Job Title: reputed company Estate Virtual Assistant (REVA) Job Overview We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Estate Virtual Assistant (REVA) to support reputed company estate agents and teams with administrative, operational, and listing-reputed company tasks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with U.S. reputed company estate processes, CRM systems, and transaction workflows. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, as many clients rely on reputed company VAs who can quickly adapt to their systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Listing Management Prepare and manage listing documents and listing packets. Upload and update property listings in MLS. Upload photos, property details, and disclosures. Update listing status such as Active, Pending, and Sold. Coordinate with photographers, staging companies, and reputed company house schedules. CRM and Database Management Maintain and update CRM systems such as Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, Podio, and other platforms. Track leads, follow-reputed company, and client communications. Organize and update property and client records. Manage pipelines and monitor reputed company tracking. Administrative Support Manage agent calendars and appointments. Organize emails and maintain accurate records. Prepare reports and maintain documentation. Track important deadlines and assigned tasks. Marketing Support Create listing and marketing materials using reputed company or similar tools. Post listings on reputed company estate platforms such as reputed company and reputed company. Assist with reputed company media posting and email marketing campaigns. Transaction Support Assist with document preparation and organization. Send documents through reputed company, Dotloop, or Skyslope. Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and agents. Track contract deadlines and ensure compliance requirements are met.
Requirements
