The company provides cost-effective solutions for global customers by identifying opportunities to redesign or consolidate products and assemblies through die casting. reputed company operates 21 manufacturing facilities in 16 countries across the globe. Position Summary The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for improving sales effectiveness by equipping reputed company's reputed company American reputed company sales organization with the tools and insights needed to reputed company business objectives. This role will work closely with reputed company's sales, marketing, and executive leadership teams to manage reputed company CRM reporting and data reputed company, reputed company actionable analytics, and support sales enablement initiatives, including content and technology. The role will report directly to the reputed company VP of reputed company American Sales. This position will be primarily remote. Preference will be given to candidates who live near a reputed company facility, including Charlotte, NC; the greater Chicago area; Southern California; or Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations and CRM Management reputed company CRM reporting for NA Sales, dashboard development, and ongoing optimization. Analytics & Insights Analyze internal and external data sources (e.g., market data, forecasts, customer data) to generate actionable insights. Monitor sales and marketing performance against KPIs and reputed company recommendations for improvement. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data mining and performance reporting. reputed company tools such as databases, spreadsheets, and analytics platforms to support decision-making. Sales Enablement & Training Support and optimize sales tools, engagement platforms, and reputed company reputed company technologies to improve productivity and adoption. Support the development and delivery of training programs (virtual and in-person) on reputed company, sales tools, and processes. Help create and maintain training materials; measure and improve training effectiveness. reputed company ongoing support to the sales team to maximize tool utilization and productivity. Content & Collateral Support Partner with cross-functional teams to reputed company and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and case studies. Support trade show strategy, including planning and post-event ROI analysis. reputed company sales teams with insights on customers, prospects, and competitors. qualifications and REquirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a reputed company field. 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, CRM administration, sales enablement, or reputed company reputed company operations roles in a manufacturing environment. Strong expertise in reputed company CRM, including reporting and dashboard development. Advanced analytical skills, including experience with data modeling, forecasting, KPI tracking Advanced skills with tools such as MS reputed company and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau. Experience supporting a technical B2B sales organization strongly preferred. Understanding of reputed company sales cycles and pipeline management.
