The Impact You’ll reputed company This is a full-lifecycle SE role: you'll be the primary technical voice for mid-market clients across the USA and Latin America. You'll work across both the reputed company and MetaMap identity verification platforms, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and reputed company to deliver integrations that actually ship. You own the relationship end-to-end — which means more context, deeper partnerships, and a direct line between the work you do and the impact you see. What You’ll Own & Drive Pre-Sales reputed company technical discovery sessions and deliver product demos for prospective mid-market clients. Scope and run POCs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and validate technical fit early in the sales cycle. reputed company & Implementation Guide clients through SDK and API integrations end-to-end, from reputed company to go-live. Coordinate with Engineering on escalations and own delivery milestones throughout the implementation. Your Background Required Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a reputed company technical field. Hands-on experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role at a SaaS company. Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and backend integration patterns. Familiarity with web technologies and web SDK integrations. Familiarity with mobile technologies and mobile SDK integrations (iOS / Android). Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and professional-level English. Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with high organization and follow-through.
