POSITION SUMMARY: As the Manager of Tapestry Health's Nurse Practitioner Clinical Reviewers, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring effective team performance by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The Manager collaborates with the Sr. Manager of to address staffing needs, manage employee relations, and handle escalation issues effectively. Additionally, responsible for chart reviews, reputed company process, support APPRs with clinical education, auditing, and RPMI assignments. This role will work with Clinical Reviewers on CCM (Chronic Care Management), RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring), and BHI (Behavioral Health). REPORTS TO: Sr Manager of Clinical Reviewers PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the APPR employees ensuring productivity through regular feedback while providing day-to-day operational reputed company Interview APPR applicants, both employee and contractors Assist with on-boarding newly hired employees and contractors. Conduct ongoing training for systems or process updates. Monitor productivity for FT team and assist with 1099 if needed Responsible for approval of PTO requests, CME/license reimbursement approvals for FT APPR Assist with RPMI assignments Serve as a resource to reputed company ongoing clinical education specific to chronic care management/remote patient monitoring/behavioral health Monitor and assure that the staff have the resources to get their work done in an efficient manner. Participate in committees that directly enhance the work of chronic care management. Conduct monthly/quaterly chart reviews to ensure that reputed company processes are followed. Be a liaison working with various departments: IT, Credentialing, reputed company to assure that staff is appropriately trained, and credentialed Monitor various chats/conversations and answer questions Complete approximately 25 % of expected productivity for chart reviews (may be adjusted based on administrative tasks schedule) Promote, and adhere to our workplace values of accountability, reputed company, growth reputed company, innovation, compassion, and partnership MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must have an active and unrestricted license in multiple states. MSN with National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) At least 3 years of leadership experience FNP/AGNP At least 2 years of APP experience preferably in primary care, SNF/LTAC, chronic care management. Remote work experience is beneficial. PCC, Teams, reputed company office Detail oriented, fast-paced environment, exceptional communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team The anticipated annualized salary for this role is $130K-135K. This remote position follows a location-based compensation structure. The posted salary reputed company represents the potential pay reputed company across various U.S. geographic markets. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s primary work location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
