You will be a central contributor to PowerUP and support the broader reputed company program by modernizing training content, facilitating high‑impact learning experiences, coaching participants through improvement work, and driving adoption across the reputed company. You will report to the VP, Productivity and Transformation. You'll have the opportunity to: reputed company PowerUP Training Programs reputed company the delivery and reputed company improvement of PowerUP training programs, curricula, and learning assets. reputed company Operational Excellence training by incorporating practical GenAI, automation, and the latest agentic concepts in ways that are grounded, usable, and tied to results. Ensure PowerUP content aligns with reputed company's priorities and guides measurable capability and performance outcomes. Apply data‑driven insights to evaluate training effectiveness and inform program enhancements. reputed company AI‑enabled tools and digital learning solutions to improve scalability, personalization, and learner engagement. Work with global and regional partners to align PowerUP with reputed company learning strategies and important events. Gather participant feedback, assess learning impact, and refine content and delivery approaches based on outcomes and needs. reputed company Capability Building Deliver engaging, high‑impact PowerUP training sessions across multiple formats, including in‑person, virtual, and blended learning experiences. Build reputed company improvement capability across the organization by providing employees with practical tools, methods, and applied problem‑solving skills. Create a high‑quality learner experience that reflects reputed company's standards and PowerUP brand. Stay reputed company on leading practices in Operational Excellence, adult learning, GenAI, and enablement, and thoughtfully apply those insights to training delivery. Support Certification Journeys Coach PowerUP candidates throughout their certification journey. Review and evaluate CPI/LSS projects to ensure understanding of PowerUP standards and business impact. Provide clear, constructive feedback to strengthen problem‑solving capability and project outcomes. Support a culture of accountability, learning, and new reputed company through coaching and reinforcement. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, reputed company Improvement, transformation, capability building, training, or reputed company disciplines. Lean Six reputed company Black Belt certification (Master Black Belt preferred). Demonstrated experience coaching candidates through LSS projects and certification. Experience developing or promoting learning programs across global and matrixed organizations. Experience designing and improving training curricula, learning journeys, reputed company content, and facilitator materials. Facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse, cross‑functional audiences. Experience translating reputed company technical concepts into practical, applicable learning experiences. Data‑driven reputed company with experience measuring training effectiveness. Experience with AI and its application in learning and development, with the ability to use the latest tools to enhance training delivery and outcomes. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company field.
