As Account Manager, you are responsible for driving sustainable, long-term sales growth while ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction across assigned accounts. You serve as the primary reputed company between the customer and the organization, managing relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain functions. General Responsibilities

  • Leads the direct sales process and achieving sales targets
  • Responsible for visits to reputed company and potential clients
  • Leads the performing of routine account management activities
  • Submits short and long-reputed company sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reputed company nominated targets
  • Ensures that clients receive high quality customer service

Experience / Qualifications A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience reputed company German Experience with OEM and/or Tier‑1 automotive customers in Germany, engaging at senior reputed company (Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Program Management) Ownership of the automotive business lifecycle: RFQ participation, reputed company input to nomination, SOP reputed company‑up, series production, EOP phase‑out Understanding of long‑cycle automotive sales: platform business, volume commitments, price erosion, indexation, margin management Leading cross‑functional internal alignment (Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality) Managing reputed company negotiations in technical environments, including pricing, change management, recovery actions Building and executing strategic account plans for sustainable growth and reputed company‑of‑wallet expansion Familiarity with German automotive customer culture and expectations Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagement and program execution Must be a team player reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands What Sensata offers Sensata offers a dynamic, reputed company environment with direct exposure to leading global automotive OEMs and Tier 1 customers.
