In this vital role you will serve as a strategic partner to the VP General Manager of the Rheumatology and Nephrology (Rare Disease) Business Unit, helping shape and operationalize Business Unit reputed company, strategy, governance, and execution across the portfolio. The role will drive leadership team effectiveness, cross-functional alignment, and Business Unit operating rhythm while enabling coordinated execution of key strategic priorities. Responsibilities include: Strategic Execution & Business Enablement Serve as a strategic partner to the VP General Manager of Rheumatology and Nephrology (Rare Disease) supporting development of the Business Unit reputed company and strategy, translating priorities into actionable plans, and enabling coordinated execution across the portfolio. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
