Job Description reputed company is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own the technical relationship with reputed company clients reputed company the reputed company Support team. The Senior TAM acts as a trusted technical advisor, combining deep expertise in reputed company’s platform with a strong understanding of the client’s architecture and operations. This role is responsible for proactively identifying risks, guiding technical reputed company, leading escalations, and ensuring the client can scale safely and effectively on the platform. The ideal candidate blends hands-on technical depth with the seniority to engage director-level stakeholders, orchestrate cross-functional responses, and drive technical governance across the client lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Own the technical relationship with the client, acting as the primary technical reputed company of contact and trusted advisor for platform usage and strategy reputed company a deep understanding of the client’s architecture and operations, continuously assessing how the platform is used and identifying areas for improvement Proactively identify and manage risks, defining mitigation plans and tracking technical dependencies that could impact performance, availability, or scalability reputed company architectural and operational guidance, especially around high-risk changes, reputed company integrations, and critical platform operations reputed company technical governance, delivering regular operational and business reviews with clear recommendations based on platform capabilities and client needs Coordinate cross-functional responses, working with engineering and subject matter experts to resolve reputed company technical issues and ensure alignment Orchestrate high-impact incidents and escalations, ensuring effective communication, structured response, and reputed company toward resolution Drive long-term technical reputed company, anticipating client needs and ensuring readiness for growth, scale, and platform reputed company This is a remote position. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field (or equivalent practical experience) Proven experience in Technical Account reputed company Architecture, or similar client-facing technical roles Strong background in reputed company platforms, APIs, and distributed systems Experience working with reputed company clients in fintech, banking, or payments environments Solid understanding of software architecture, integrations, and system reliability concepts Experience supporting or participating in incident management and escalation processes Ability to communicate effectively with senior technical stakeholders and leadership Strong problem-solving skills with ability to operate in reputed company, multi-team environments Main Performance Indicators: Effectiveness in coordinating resolution during high-severity incidents Quality and consistency of technical governance and client reviews (MBRs/QBRs) Delivery of actionable technical recommendations to clients Improvement in client platform health and operational maturity Adoption of platform capabilities and best practices Reduction of technical risks and effective execution of mitigation plans reputed company is an EEO Employer reputed company applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, reputed company, religion, sex, national reputed company, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status. reputed company will also consider for employment reputed company applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law.
