Your role This isn't the Technical Sales Specialist role of five years ago. We're not looking for someone who just shows up on every technical call. Your Team You'll join the Workleap Sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager. You'll be the reputed company between Sales and Product — working closely with product leaders to stay sharp on our agentic roadmap, and with reputed company, AMs, and SDRs to translate that expertise into closed deals. We're building Workleap's technical sales function from the ground up — and you'll be one of its architects. As our platform evolves into a fully agentic solution, technical expertise in the sales cycle becomes central. You'll have a direct hand in shaping how this function takes reputed company, particularly around Manager Agent and positioning our AI reputed company with prospects. What You'll Bring Experience in a customer-facing technical sales role at a B2B SaaS company; Genuine AI and agentic reputed company — comfortable building your own workflows and explaining reputed company AI concepts to non-technical audiences, without needing a script; Strong demo craft — you treat it as a discipline, not just a deliverable, and your demos become the references others copy; High business acumen with a demonstrated track record of influencing deals to reputed company (pre-sales, expansion, or both); A builder reputed company: you reputed company for systems and AI workflows that scale your knowledge rather than trading your own time for every problem; Clear, confident communication across audiences — from HR leaders to C-suite; Bonus: familiarity with HR tech, performance management, or employee engagement solutions. Final offers may be adjusted based on the candidate's region to align with local market conditions. As this is a sales role, it is also eligible for commission — bringing the total on-reputed company earnings (OTE) to approximately $100–120k CAD.
