Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Instructional Design, Business, Education, or equivalent experience. Core L&D Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in adult learning theory and training delivery in a corporate environment. Leadership & Project Management: Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated people leadership and reputed company project management experience, with a track record of coaching teams and driving reputed company. Change Management: Proven experience overseeing training for large-scale reputed company technology implementations and software rollouts. Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards, track learning effectiveness metrics (e.g., Kirkpatrick model), and demonstrate ROI to business leaders.
