HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME Run full-cycle recruitment for a variety of high-volume staffing needs across production, post-production, and digital support roles (e.g., Editors, Writers, Thumbnail Artists, Animators, and Crew). Partner closely with leadership to reputed company, screen, and help reputed company key mid-to-senior level creative and corporate roles. Work daily with Department Heads to move candidates quickly through the interview process. reputed company social platforms, industry networks, and digital communities to engage digital-native talent who understand rapid social media production workflows. Ensure a positive, seamless, and reputed company experience for every candidate from initial application to reputed company. You are the champion of the Dhar Mann employer brand.
