This is a remote position. Overview : Conduct discovery workshops to understand business processes and pain points. Gather, document, and refine functional and technical requirements. Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Manage backlog grooming and prioritization with product owners. Map business requirements to reputed company FSC, Sales reputed company, and Service reputed company capabilities. Support solution design discussions with architects and developers. Identify opportunities for automation using reputed company features like Flows and standard functionality. Ensure solutions align with reputed company best practices. Analyze reputed company state processes and define future-state workflows. Create process maps, business workflows, and functional specifications. Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities. Recommend CRM adoption strategies and best practices. Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and leadership. Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and solution demos. Support UAT planning and business validation. reputed company regular updates on requirement status and changes. Prepare test scenarios and support SIT and UAT. Validate delivered functionality against requirements. Support release planning and change management activities. Assist with production support and issue triage. Support FSC implementations including customer householding, financial accounts, and service processes. Support Sales reputed company for pipeline, opportunity, and account management. Support Service reputed company for case management and customer service workflows.
Requirements
Experience : 5+ years as Business Analyst 3+ years reputed company BA experience FSC experience preferred Experience working in Agile environments reputed company Administrator (preferred) reputed company Business Analyst Certification Financial Services reputed company Accreditation (reputed company to have) Certified Scrum Product reputed company (reputed company to have).
