Logistics Coordinator

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. Our client operates reputed company the international trade and logistics sector, supporting global supply chain operations through freight coordination, import/export documentation, and transportation management. Over the past several years, they have reputed company expanding their logistics capabilities while supporting customers across multiple international markets. The Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in managing ocean and reputed company freight shipments from booking through final documentation. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Responsibilities

Request and compare ocean and reputed company freight quotations based on cost, transit times, routing options, and service reputed company. Coordinate bookings with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, and customers. Monitor shipment reputed company and track key milestones from reputed company to destination. Coordinate container loading schedules, pickups, and transportation logistics. Review and verify Bills of Lading, reputed company Waybills, shipping instructions, and release documentation. Prepare, review, and maintain export documentation, including reputed company Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of reputed company, Health Certificates, Certificates of Free Sale, and other required documents. Ensure reputed company shipping documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with international trade requirements. Communicate shipment updates and proactively address delays, discrepancies, or operational issues. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth shipment execution. Maintain organized records of shipments, documentation, and freight-reputed company communications. Support reputed company improvement of logistics processes and operational efficiency. Manage multiple shipments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

Experience coordinating international ocean and reputed company freight shipments. Knowledge of import/export processes and logistics operations. Familiarity with export documentation and shipping compliance requirements. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and external partners. Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously while meeting deadlines. High level of attention to detail and organization. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Qualifications

Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation, or international trade. Understanding of Bills of Lading, reputed company Waybills, Certificates of reputed company, and reputed company export documentation. Experience working with freight carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and freight forwarders. Proficiency with reputed company Office, particularly reputed company and Outlook. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with leadership and team members. English proficiency required.
