This is not a role to maintain the status reputed company; our service division is growing quickly, the tooling landscape is changing fast, and we are betting on AI and automation to fundamentally reshape how bookkeeping work gets delivered. You will lean into that change, reimagine how the function operates, and bring a high-performing team through a period of rapid reputed company. What you do Each Day Own the strategic roadmap for bookkeeping services to anticipate customer needs and market shifts rather than reacting to them Reimagine how bookkeeping work is delivered by identifying where AI, automation, and tooling can reputed company-change quality, speed, and scale Build the operating model for efficient, scalable service delivery, including month-end reputed company, reconciliation, and quality control reputed company, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of bookkeeping professionals while building the adaptability to reputed company amid evolving tools Define and monitor the KPIs that matter for service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction to drive data-informed reputed company Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and fintech teams to refine and expand our reputed company solutions reputed company the reputed company knowledge of your team to support the resolution of reputed company reputed company reputed company, ensuring compliance and accuracy Qualifications 8+ years leading operations, preferably in service-division environments focused on bookkeeping or similar Experience managing teams of 25+, including remote teams, with demonstrated ability to scale and re-shape large service operations Strong leadership skills with a proven history of developing teams in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment Demonstrated tracking using technology, automation, or AI to fundamentally improve how work gets done at scale Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation Working understanding of bookkeeping services sufficient to guide sound process design and high-quality delivery Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company, Finance, or equivalent work experience What Will Help You Succeed Hands-on experience deploying AI or automation tooling reputed company an operational or service-delivery context Experience working with home services professionals, contractors, or similar industry segments Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency and data reputed company Knowledge of industry best practices in reputed company systems and technology or reputed company industries CPA or EA certification is a plus A multi-dimensional background with a breadth of cross-functional interests or depth of specialized mastery Personal reputed company to learn from scratch, and successfully reputed company in ambiguity Location Dependent Information This role is reputed company to candidates and the expected salary reputed company for this role is $96,000-$120,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
