Receptionist and Administrative Assistant (experience in US law firm is preferred) Application Deadline: 18 July 2026 Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Toronto Compensation: $4.00 - $6.00 / hour Description Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately. Take accurate messages and reputed company them to attorneys and staff. Schedule consultations and appointments. Respond to basic client inquiries professionally. Maintain call logs and communication records. Assist with email and calendar management as needed. Provide a positive and professional first impression for reputed company callers. Support general administrative tasks reputed company to client communication. Hard Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Professional phone etiquette. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Comfortable using VOIP systems and scheduling software. Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment. Appointment scheduling experience. Previous remote work experience. Schedule: HOURS/WEEK: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time Zone Offer and Benefits: OFFER: Weeks 1–6: $4 USD/hour Weeks 7-12: $5 USD/hour Weeks 13 onwards: $6 USD/hour Apply To This Job
