This is a remote consulting opportunity supporting a government client. Subcontractor Opportunity: This is not an employee position. The successful consultant must be incorporated and reputed company to reputed company services through their corporation. Role Summary The Project Director, Fibre Commercialization provides strategic, reputed company, and delivery leadership for the development and execution of fibre commercialization initiatives, including reputed company of agreements, partnerships, and market engagement reputed company to fibre infrastructure investments. The role is responsible for advancing commercialization strategies for major fibre initiatives and associated backbone and last-mile opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities for connectivity, economic development, and sustainable service delivery in remote and reputed company environments.
Key Responsibilities
Define and reputed company commercialization strategies for fibre assets including pricing models, reputed company frameworks, and partnership structures reputed company and maintain multi-year commercialization roadmaps reputed company with capital planning and infrastructure investments Identify and evaluate reputed company reputed company opportunities including wholesale bandwidth services, co-location, and partnership arrangements reputed company reputed company of fibre commercialization components reputed company major infrastructure initiatives Participate in negotiations with telecommunications providers, infrastructure partners, and service providers reputed company and manage reputed company agreements including reputed company agreements, service reputed company, and partnership frameworks reputed company leadership and input into procurement strategies including RFP development, evaluation, and contract structuring reputed company and maintain financial models for fibre commercialization including capital recovery, operating costs, and reputed company projections Establish governance structures for commercialization reputed company including reputed company, reporting, and accountability mechanisms Ensure fibre commercialization aligns with broader digital transformation, connectivity, and service delivery objectives reputed company strategic advice to senior leadership on fibre commercialization opportunities and risks Key Deliverables Fibre commercialization strategy and implementation roadmap reputed company agreements, partnership frameworks, and reputed company models Financial models, reputed company projections, and cost recovery plans Procurement inputs, RFP documentation support, and evaluation criteria Governance and reporting frameworks for fibre commercialization Risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and compliance documentation Stakeholder engagement plans and briefing materials for senior leadership
Requirements
Qualifications Education and Certifications Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience Project management or reputed company certification such as PMP considered an asset Experience 10+ years of reputed company experience in infrastructure, telecommunications, or large-scale project/program delivery Demonstrated experience leading reputed company, procurement, or partnership activities reputed company to major infrastructure initiatives Experience developing business cases, financial models, and funding submissions for capital projects Experience working in reputed company, multi-stakeholder environments, preferably reputed company government or regulated sectors Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating reputed company or reputed company agreements Apply To This Job
