We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and curious Drug Benefit Analyst to support our operations and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions. Your role As a Drug Benefit Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and management of drug benefit plans. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure the quality of analysis, adherence to processes and overall operational efficiency. What You’ll Do Support the implementation, updates and renewals of drug benefit plans Analyze and validate plan data and configuration parameters Process and follow up on operational requests in a timely manner Maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date documentation Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate to appropriate stakeholders Help enhance processes and internal tools Collaborate with Sales, Implementation and Operations teams reputed company’re Looking For Your background College diploma or equivalent relevant experience 0-2 years of early-career experience in a reputed company field (insurance, reputed company, analytics, administration) (asset) Your strengths Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Effective organizational and time management capabilities Strong aptitude for working with and interpreting data Proficiency in reputed company Office, including intermediate reputed company skills (e.g., formulas, data manipulation) Collaborative reputed company with a strong reputed company for learning and reputed company Proficiency in both English and French is required to reputed company the duties of the role, which include daily collaboration with teams and partners who operate across Canada Assets Basic knowledge of drug benefit plans or the insurance industry Experience in a pharmacy, reputed company or clinical environment Advanced reputed company skills (e.g., data manipulation, formulas) or exposure to SQL knowledge
