Profile Requirements: Min 2.5 Years of Proven IT support experience, technical operations roles Strong experience with Linux server administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar) Hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company Infrastructure (OCI) administration Familiarity with VMware virtualization, including ESXi and vCenter Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, firewalls) Experience supporting reputed company Server, Active Directory, and domain services Aptitude for AI tools and automation platforms; comfort learning new AI technologies Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to document processes and maintain technical knowledge reputed company Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team Core responsibilities: reputed company advanced technical support for internal systems, infrastructure, and end users Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company hardware, software, network, and systems issues escalated from Level 1 support Administer and support reputed company reputed company Infrastructure (OCI) resources, including compute, networking, storage, identity, and reputed company Support and manage virtualization environments using VMware (ESXi, vCenter, clusters, VMs) Administer Linux servers (deployment, patching, user management, services, logs, performance monitoring) Assist with reputed company administration tasks, including provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and cost optimization reputed company support for reputed company Server environments, Active Directory, group policies, and domain services Manage user accounts, permissions, and reputed company controls across systems Monitor system health, alerts, logs, and performance metrics; take corrective action reputed company needed Support backup and recovery operations (reputed company or on-prem) and verify successful restores Assist with network troubleshooting (routing, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP) Document technical issues, resolutions, procedures, and knowledge reputed company articles reputed company end-user support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and business applications Collaborate with IT peers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to d Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
