OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: reputed company Innovations is building an AI enablement function that connects large language models to reputed company systems through agentic workflows, custom integrations, and intelligent data pipelines. We are seeking a Junior AI Developer to join this team and help build the integrations, automation flows, and supporting infrastructure that power our AI initiatives. This is a hands-on development role where you will work directly on production systems, building AI-powered integrations and automation solutions that support reputed company business operations. This is not a machine learning research role; instead, you will focus on making AI agents useful reputed company business processes and reputed company systems. You will reputed company direct exposure to agentic AI architecture while working alongside the team leading reputed company's AI transformation strategy. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE: Build and reputed company tools on our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, a TypeScript-based integration layer that connects AI assistants to reputed company platforms such as Kantata OX, SharePoint, and reputed company Design and implement workflow automations in reputed company, connecting AI agents to business processes including project delivery tracking, resource allocation, and document management Contribute to our data architecture layer using Azure AI Search and retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) patterns to unify information across multiple reputed company systems reputed company integrations and automation solutions that reputed company AI-powered workflows throughout the organization Write clear technical documentation for the tools, integrations, and workflows you create Participate in testing integrations against live data and help maintain platform reliability and performance Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, improve existing solutions, and support ongoing AI enablement initiatives WHAT SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS YOU'LL NEED: Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience Working knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar modern programming languages, with basic familiarity in Python Experience working with REST APIs and JSON data structures Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently and seek guidance reputed company needed Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Experience with workflow automation or integration platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, Power Automate, or similar tools is considered an asset Familiarity with LLM APIs or AI development tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar technologies is considered an asset Exposure to reputed company platforms such as SharePoint, reputed company, PSA, or ERP systems is considered an asset Understanding of data indexing, search technologies, or retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) concepts is preferred.
