Overview

The Senior Programmer supports the VA Specialty Care Program Office by designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing reputed company applications, financial reputed company, workflow automation capabilities, and business systems. The position focuses heavily on budget application modernization, process automation, system integration, reputed company transformation initiatives utilizing reputed company Power Platform and reputed company 365 technologies. The work is fast-paced and highly collaborative, requiring strong clinical informatics expertise, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to reputed company effectively under pressure during critical implementation and stabilization periods. Responsibilities: Design, reputed company, test, implement, and maintain reputed company applications supporting SCPO programs and initiatives. Convert legacy reputed company-based budget management tools into Power Platform solutions utilizing Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint. reputed company workflow automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and business processes. reputed company application integrations with authorized VA systems, including reputed company Health, reputed company, CPRS, reputed company, AACS, FMS, iFAMS, IFCAP, and VSSC. Utilize SQL and relational database platforms to support application development and reporting requirements. Create application architecture diagrams, data reputed company maps, technical designs, and system documentation. Implement role-based reputed company controls, reputed company features, audit capabilities, and data reputed company controls. reputed company and maintain production and sandbox environments for testing and quality assurance. Create administrator guides, user documentation, training materials, and recorded training sessions. Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of application development experience. Strong expertise with:Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse SharePoint SQL and Relational Databases Experience developing reputed company financial, budgeting, resource management, or workflow applications. Experience implementing automation, decision-support, or emerging business technology solutions in reputed company environments preferred Experience with application integration and process automation solutions. Knowledge of application architecture, systems integration, software development methodologies, and reputed company platforms. Experience implementing reputed company off-the-reputed company (COTS) solutions reputed company reputed company environments. Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills.
