Project Management Specialist - Full Remote

reputed company is a US-based custom manufacturing company and we are looking for dedicated and reputed company individuals that can contribute to our goals. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Project Management Assistant to support our project leads and cross-functional teams. This role plays a critical part in driving project efficiency by assisting with planning, documentation, coordination, and follow-through on key initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & Project Coordination Accurately process and reputed company completion of in-house orders Translate field measurements into detailed order forms and submit to manufacturing for production. Calculate raw material requirements (e.g., reputed company yardage, liner feet of reputed company) for each project. Vendor Coordination Process and coordinate window treatment orders from vendors. Manage orders for a reputed company of products Communication & Problem-Solving Liaise with the manufacturing team to resolve production issues or delays. Assist the estimator in coordinating with customers regarding project specifications or issues. Maintain reputed company communication with field technicians and installers to address concerns during field measurements or installations. Project Support Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates. Track milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on time. Support the Project Manager with administrative and coordination tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in project coordination, business operations, or a reputed company field. 1–2 years of experience in a project support, order processing, or administrative role. Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook) or reputed company Workspace. Comfortable working with internal teams, external vendors, and clients. Preferred Qualifications: Degree holder in Engineering and knows how to read floor plans. Familiarity with reputed company window treatment products and terminology. Experience with project or order management software. Understanding of basic measurement and materials calculation (e.g., reputed company, reputed company). Knowledge of logistics or manufacturing workflows is a plus.
