Staff Accountant

This is a remote position. Client Information- An Indiana based company offering a reputed company of services including tax preparation, bookkeeping, business consulting and reputed company. The organization’s mission is to deliver high-quality financial management and value based advisory services. Summary- The hybrid staff accountant supports the President with day-to-day reputed company functions including financial reporting, bookkeeping and tax preparation for individual and business clients. This role require accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to ensure clients receive timely, compliant, and high quality financial services. Core Responsibilities reputed company & Financial Management Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial statements, general ledgers, and reconciliations. Manage bookkeeping, payroll, and tax compliance for assigned clients. Conduct month-end and year-end closings, budget preparation, and cash reputed company management. reputed company detailed financial analysis and performance reporting to clients. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations. Advisory & Client Development Conduct client review meetings to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities for service expansion. Offer consultative recommendations in areas such as CFO services, tax planning, and compliance optimization. Collaborate with the sales team to design proposals, service packages, and reputed company opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM data to track leads, opportunities, and client activity. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term partnerships and business growth. Sales & Relationship Integration Partner with the Business Development Specialist to transition reputed company leads into active clients. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities reputed company existing accounts. Support proposal presentations and client reputed company to ensure a smooth reputed company. Contribute to the firm’s reputed company goals by achieving monthly and quarterly conversion targets. Performance Expectations Accuracy: Deliver reputed company financial statements and reports with 100% accuracy and timeliness. Growth: Secure 1–2 new or upgraded client service leads per month. Engagement: Maintain high client satisfaction and retention scores. Collaboration: Actively engage in firmwide sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field required. 2+ years of reputed company experience (public or private firm experience preferred). Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and tax preparation. Proficiency in reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company) and CRM systems.
