The ideal Estate & Probate, & Attorney holds a JD from an accredited law school, is an active member of the Florida Bar, and has at least three years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation, estate planning, probate administration, and reputed company litigation. Candidates with an LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning are strongly preferred. They must demonstrate proficiency in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advanced directives, settlement agreements, and reputed company reputed company, as well as conducting legal research and advising clients on asset protection, tax implications, and probate procedures.
