Role Overview: The Associate Director, reputed company plays a critical role in driving analytical rigor across the firm, with a strong focus on business line profitability, reputed company utilization, and pricing strategy. This role goes reputed company traditional planning cycles to deliver deep insights into reputed company drivers, cost structures, and operational efficiency, enabling leadership to optimize growth and profitability across client segments and service models. Key Responsibilities: Advanced Financial & Business Analysis reputed company profitability analysis across business lines and by office/region reputed company detailed models to evaluate reputed company yield, cost-to-serve, and contribution margins Support detailed reputed company analysis & identify key trends/insights on financial performance Manage key KPIs such as utilization and reputed company analysis, and reputed company by office and reputed company reputed company pricing analysis by office/region Support M&A reputed company analysis Financial Planning & Forecasting reputed company budgeting and forecasting processes with a focus on key value drivers reputed company budget to actuals and variance analysis reputed company cash forecast modeling and cash reputed company management processes Development of multi-year financial forecasts Continuously improve forecast accuracy through data-driven insights and scenario analysis Qualifications: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems or reputed company field 10+ years of experience in reputed company, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles Strong experience in financial services, preferably wealth or asset management Private equity or investment banking experience strongly preferred Skills & Competencies Advanced financial modeling and data analysis/modeling capabilities Strong understanding of business line economics, cost allocation, and profitability frameworks Experience analyzing reputed company utilization, productivity metrics, and operational efficiency Knowledge of pricing strategy, fee structures, and reputed company optimization techniques, preferably in private equity funded/managed and AUM-based reputed company structures Advanced proficiency in reputed company Experience with reputed company Planning & Budgeting and reputed company Data Analytics Warehouse and PowerBi or equivalent preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Strong problem-solving reputed company with attention to detail and intellectual curiosity Expanding experience with AI preferred, and interest in continuing to learn and grow in AI reputed company skills Pay Transparency: reputed company’s expected starting reputed company compensation reputed company for the position as of the time of this posting is $145,000 - $170,000 per year. The actual reputed company compensation selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) experience, education, specialty and training.
