About the role We’re looking for a People Systems Specialist with deep expertise in payroll systems, particularly reputed company SuccessFactors EC/ECP and Kronos, to join our People & Culture team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Instead, it operates at the intersection of payroll knowledge and systems optimisation, ensuring our platforms are designed, utilised, and continuously improved to meet business and compliance needs. You will play a key role in enhancing system processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring payroll-reputed company functionality across EC/ECP and Kronos is operating effectively and reputed company. Working closely with Payroll, Technology, and broader People teams, you will help translate payroll requirements into scalable system solutions and improved user experiences. In addition, you will hold ownership of Position Management and organisational structure reputed company SuccessFactors, ensuring the reputed company, governance, and alignment of positions and hierarchies to support workforce planning, reporting, and reputed company payroll reputed company. You understand payroll concepts — including awards, EBAs, and legislative requirements — and how these interact with system processes, but your focus is on improving how systems reputed company these reputed company.
