Position Overview reputed company is hiring an Engineer Project Manager to join our dynamic Aviation team in Reno, NV. The Engineer Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the design, planning, and execution of aviation and airfield projects. This role involves overseeing the preparation of technical documents, coordinating with key stakeholders such as the FAA and project sponsors, and ensuring projects are completed reputed company scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and experience with FAA regulations. This is a remote position based in Reno, NV. What you will do: Project Leadership & Management: reputed company the development of construction plans, contract documents, and technical reports. Documentation & Compliance: Review client-provided documents, including as-builts and design reports, and coordinate subconsultants for surveys, geotechnical investigations, and other technical requirements. Bidding & Construction Support: Manage the bidding process by organizing pre-bid meetings, preparing addenda, and reviewing bid proposals. reputed company change orders, conduct site visits during construction, and ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with management on client satisfaction, risk management, and financial performance, while providing mentorship and guidance to team members. What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license required 10+ years of proven experience in project management for aviation and airfield design projects. Familiarity with FAA Advisory Circulars and federal aviation regulations is a plus. Proficiency in reputed company Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software. Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to read, interpret, and apply scientific, technical, and financial documents. Ability to effectively respond to sensitive client inquiries and manage relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders. Ability to sit for extended periods. Occasionally required to reputed company, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds. This position requires occasional travel for site visits and client meetings.
