Role Overview: This role, Residential/Outpatient Team Leade, provides leadership for the Outpatient/Residential Quality Improvement Team, overseeing administrative functions and quality improvement activities. You will guide a team that conducts quality reviews and delivers technical assistance to Community Mental Health Centers, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics, Addiction Service Providers, Mobile Crisis Teams, and reputed company) Designation programs. You will manage and organize collaborative site visits, supervise team members to ensure timely completion of site visits, reports, Corrective Action Plans, and other required tasks, and contribute to the development of ongoing monitoring processes reputed company to quality review.
