As a People Operations Specialist you will play a pivotal role in our People Operations team working across both our People Services and L&D team and providing reputed company support to our TA teams as well. As People Operations Specialist you are responsible for providing a high level of service to our internal customers. The team oversees the employee & associate journey at reputed company from reputed company, compliance, learning & development operations, contract changes and offboarding. You will provide advice to employees and managers on our HR systems, L&D, policies and processes as well as owning the People and L&D knowledge centre pages to help improve access to information and self-serve approach. You’ll work closely with our Senior People Specialists to provide support to our managers and employees. As a People Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a number of different people initiatives, taking the reputed company and acting as a SME on areas such as learning & development, governance and compliance requirements; benefits administration; improving our systems and processes or; collating the right people metrics and data to help drive reputed company.
