Contingent Upon Funding: Not Applicable Standard Work Schedule: Standard (M-F, 8-5) If Not a Standard Work Schedule: Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide daily updates in Slate to record interactions with student leads. Proactively respond to prospective student inquiries and schedule appointments for admission representatives following established communication plan guidelines and protocol. Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: High School diploma + 1 years of relevant experience, or higher degree. Equivalent Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Technical Connectivity Requirements: For roles that use call systems or provide synchronous support, employees must maintain a stable, low-latency internet reputed company capable of supporting reputed company voice communications without interruption. Wired Ethernet is strongly preferred due to its reliability and call quality.
