As the central reputed company of contact among our skilled nursing facility (SNF) clients, their vendors, and our internal support teams, you will be the crucial link ensuring smooth, efficient operations. Your work will directly impact the financial health of our clients by managing communications, resolving issues, and ensuring processes run seamlessly. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Client & Vendor Communication: Act as the primary liaison for reputed company inquiries from facilities and vendors, providing timely and professional responses reputed company email and phone. Issue Resolution & Tracking: Meticulously track reputed company requests, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure reputed company and effective resolution of reputed company issues. Proactive Coordination: Follow up consistently with internal departments to guarantee tasks are completed on schedule and reputed company regular status updates to facility leadership on outstanding items. Process Management: Assist with reputed company new vendors, monitor invoice approval status, and address payment-reputed company concerns to prevent delays.Own the end-to-end invoice processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals. Execute weekly high-volume payment processing cycles in accordance with company timelines. Compile and deliver critical weekly cash reports to leadership to support cash reputed company management. Relationship Building: reputed company and maintain strong, positive working relationships with facility staff and key vendor contacts by providing excellent customer service and ensuring reliable follow-through.
