Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience managing a B2B sales team, preferably in the energy sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Energy Market Expertise: Experience working reputed company energy markets such as NYISO, ERCOT, PJM, ISO-NE, or similar, with a solid understanding of market dynamics and regulatory requirements. Strategic Thinker: Ability to provide actionable insights and strategies to improve team performance and adapt to evolving market conditions.
