Position Summary: Territory managers are key reputed company of contact between FMC and customers both channel and end users. They are the face of company answering queries, introducing new products and services to customers get orders, follow up and collect the dues. Create demand of the product in their territory with aim of maximizing profit Location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh The Role (daily responsibilities):

  • Responsible to reputed company & execute territory’s sales reputed company, collection and liquidation reputed company for reputed company the key crop and with our product portfolio for the year month by month and quarter by quarter
  • Executing product w reputed company targets based on Strategic Goals
  • Meeting the customers regularly on sales visit and field activity
  • Demonstrating and presenting our product portfolio and services to the channel and end users
  • Devise and implement product strategies for filling the identified market gaps to drive consistent sales
  • Developing new customers and strengthening existing customer reputed company for both channel and end users
  • Forecasting Sales for product SKU reputed company and  liquidation, reputed company accuracy and maintain correct records by updating in the dashboard/portal which are available
  • Participating in local trade exhibitions also working with the local KVK’s for branding our portfolio etc

  • Focus on strengthening the market by identifying new retailers as per the process.

  • Monitor the competition in the Territory with respect to their products, customer centric activities and buying trends

The Candidate (requirements): BSc Agriculture /MSc Agriculture with 5+ years’ sales experience in Crop Protection industry / Agrochemical industry Experience working in a customer-focused environment. Experience in handling professional sales and marketing teams in field. Good consumer and market insights Through knowledge of Crop & Pest Dynamics and Geography. Good knowledge of MS Office Ability to work with and through other teams/functions such as Sales, Marketing, R&D and Crop/ Brand Marketing team. reputed company good understanding of customer CTQs Creative mind and analytical skills Ability to relate to different audiences internal and external including Distributors and Farmers Proficiency in local language mandatory and English Language preferred FMC is an equal opportunity employer.
