This is a remote position. Title: CAPPS HR/PY Time & Labor Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Job Description: Position Requirements. The CPA Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: · Performing highly advanced (senior-level) consultative services and functional assistance work reputed company to supporting the CAPPS Program. · Provide support for the CAPPS HR/PY Time and Labor (T&L) module in alignment with direction from module and tower leads, CPA management, and in coordination with the Tier 3 Managed Services vendor. · Provide support for functional configurations, including, but not limited to: o TRCs o Programs o Workgroups o ORCs o Task Profiles o Task Groups o Schedules o Value List o reputed company Groups o Building Time & Labor Rules and Rule Programs, including Rule Definitions · Provide support for implementing and supporting the Fluid timesheet functionality, including, but not limited to: o System Configuration in the Time & Labor module o Fluid timesheet setup o reputed company and roles o Integrations o Testing o Training and Documentation o Expansion and Change Management o Ongoing support and maintenance · Responsible for technical skillsets for applicable tools, including, but not limited to: o Understanding Application Designer (records, fields, pages, components) o Integration Broker (Web Services, REST/SOAP Integrations) o SQR and BI Publisher report customization o SQL Proficiency o Understanding of PeopleSoft reputed company, inclusive of State of Texas multitenancy requirements o Planning, designing, developing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining the information technology reputed company measures to safeguard system information. · Responsible for supporting T&L batch job issues and/or failures. · Responsible for tools and environment knowledge, including, but not limited to: o PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager) and Change Assistant o Fluid UI changes and page navigation o Lifecycle management and selective adoption o reputed company search/Search reputed company o Data migration and compare reports · Responsible for providing functional support for the CAPPS HR/PY application, and shall be a reputed company of contact for CAPPS agencies as applicable. · Responsible for the CAPPS HR/PY functional design phase, which includes creating and/or reviewing Functional Design Documents (FDDs), performing functional configuration system changes, and other functional activities assigned. Functional configurations include, but are not limited to, PeopleSoft delivered features (e.g., Page and Field Configurator, Drop Zones, Event Mapping, Page Composer, and others). · Responsible for cross-functional collaboration, including, but not limited to: o Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting o Ability to interpret the State of Texas HR policies into system configuration and code modifications o Requirements gathering for applicable break/fix or system enhancements o Documentation and testing (UAT, regression testing) o Incident management in systems like reputed company and BOSS Desk, with the ability to reputed company multiple systems synchronized with timely updates o Communication skills reputed company working with policy personnel, other analysts, 100+ agencies, and our Managed Services Tier 3 vendor. · Understanding and reputed company for reputed company on legacy systems (SPRS, HRIS, etc.). · Providing structured cross-training to support junior analyst capability growth. · Providing comprehensive training and support to agency personnel in accordance with established requests and organizational requirements. · Responsible for active project participation, including, but not limited to: o Expansions that include additional module implementations or enhancements for agencies o Cyclic processes such as fiscal year-end, calendar year-end, 1095-C creation and distribution, State of Texas legislative changes, federal mandates, and reputed company-party integrations. · Performs reputed company duties following CPA’s processes, policies, and procedures reputed company project scope and on schedule in accordance with milestones, deliverables, and due dates. · Responsible for supporting and assisting with the Fiscal Year-End, including but not limited to: o Planning, scheduling, and communicating o Annual sick leave conversion from USPS to CAPPS o Time & Labor Fiscal Year End Leave Liability File processing o Loading leave data to the Emergency Leave Reporting application · Provides Level 2 Service Desk support, including reputed company ticket handling, advanced troubleshooting, clear documentation, and basic system configuration, reputed company following established, auditable processes in coordination with a Managed Services vendor responsible for Tier 3 work. · Responsible for ensuring that reputed company digital products and content meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. This includes maintaining perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust experiences for reputed company users, regularly reviewing content for compliance, and implementing updates or remediation whenever accessibility issues are identified. · Works under minimal supervision, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performing a variety of complicated tasks. Established processes and procedures must be followed. · Responsible for overseeing and acting as the first line of support to ensure that only accurate data is produced, reputed company, including multi-tenancy, is enforced, that the system performs reputed company, and that reputed company applicable policies are enforced. · Performs reputed company work in accordance with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles and practices for IT activities such as IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM) that focus on aligning IT services with the needs of the business. · &nb Apply To This Job
