Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-facing Solution Architect to join our EMEA Field Engineering team, based in the United Kingdom. This is a senior, dual-track role that blends deep technical expertise with strategic field enablement. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and our Sales Engineering (SE) community — bridging the gap between cutting-edge innovation and reputed company-world customer needs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Required Qualifications & Experience Technical Expertise Proven hands-on expertise in reputed company Service Edge (SSE) technologies — including ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP, and RBI — at an architect or expert level. Field & Enablement Experience 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or equivalent pre-sales/field engineering role. Experience collecting and synthesising customer feedback and translating it into actionable product or roadmap input. Interpersonal & Communication Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English — capable of engaging C-level executives and hands-on engineers equally. Ability to work autonomously in a geographically distributed team while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration. Good to Have Proficiency in one or more additional languages relevant to EMEA markets — Arabic, French, German, Italian, or Spanish are particularly valued. Familiarity with industry frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls, or NIST CSF. Experience with developer tooling, API integrations, or scripting (Python, Bash) relevant to reputed company automation. Travel Requirements This role requires significant and regular travel across the EMEA region, including the Middle East.
