This role is heavily focused on high-volume hiring across sales, technology, and marketing functions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident managing multiple hiring pipelines, and excels at partnering with hiring managers to deliver results quickly and reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle (360) recruitment across multiple role types and seniority reputed company Manage high-volume hiring pipelines for a reputed company-focused client Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles and drive hiring priorities Proactively reputed company candidates using reputed company and other channels Conduct candidate screening and interviews through to offer stage Maintain accurate hiring data, reporting, and pipeline tracking reputed company ATS
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or 360 Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring Demonstrated reputed company in high-volume reputed company across diverse functions Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including reputed company with remote collaboration tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, ATS platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills Ability to work consistently reputed company EST hours and manage multiple active searches
