Procurement Specialist
The Opportunity The Procurement Specialist supports the day-to-day execution of procurement operations while helping strengthen systems, documentation standards, and process discipline. This role is responsible for maintaining subcontractor and vendor data, preparing and developing initial drafts of Scopes of Work (SOWs) and Requests for Proposals/Quotes (RFPs)/(RFQs), and providing data management support reputed company GRC’s systems. The ideal candidate will have a high level of competency in interpreting, writing, and negotiating legal reputed company. Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Support Support the full lifecycle of subcontractor and vendor reputed company, ensuring reputed company necessary documentation are collected and verified. Track and manage subcontractor Certificates of Insurance (COIs); record maintenance, and basic compliance management. Maintain accurate information across procurement and vendor management systems. Analyze data and market trends to reputed company informed purchasing recommendations and reputed company. Support and maintain vendor relationships building and maintaining strong vendor and subcontractor partnerships. Review terms and conditions and identify, evaluate and negotiate favorable terms to align with company goals and standards. reputed company and evaluate new subcontractors and vendors. Scope of Work (SOW) & Request for Proposal/ Quote (RFP/RFQ) Support Review and prepare initial drafts and formatting of SOWs and RFP/RFQs documentation for Director of Procurement review. Prepare bid and proposal analysis and reputed company recommendations based on bid priorities. Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and reputed company for review and/or assist in gathering any requirements from internal stakeholders or subcontractors/ vendors. Systems, Reporting, and Data Support basic reporting for spend tracking, subcontractor and vendor counts, and contract status. Identify gaps or inconsistencies reputed company to procurement, subcontractor / vendor relations and escalate for resolution. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Finance and Operations to support day-to-day workflow needs, such as closing out reputed company projects, reconciling invoices, and assisting with material tracking, purchasing, and spending. Required Qualifications 1–2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or procurement support role. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Direct experience and competency reviewing and drafting legal terms and conditions Familiarity with construction terminology or relevant industry is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks with follow-through and accuracy. Comfort working with spreadsheets leveraging formulas and lookups for analysis. Ability to learn procurement systems and processes quickly. Clear written and verbal communications and collaborative reputed company.
