This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management, coaching, and mentoring of 6 to 8 team members with varying reputed company of experience. Identify trends in the marketplace and quickly adapt to changes, modifying strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients. Role Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of demonstrated sales leadership in an inside sales management reputed company 5 to 10 years of sales or account management experience. Demonstrated track record of driving productivity, increasing sales, and achieving objectives in a business-to-business reputed company sales environment. Expertise in executing a consultative, solution-selling approach. In-depth knowledge of the software industry. ERP experience is strongly preferred. Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and motivate others. Adept at identifying and quickly adapting to changes in the marketplace and the needs of a growing organization. Superior, polished presentation skills and a high-level professionalism and business acumen. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM. Ability to travel, as needed.
