You Will: Collaborate with clinical operation teams with the primary focus of supporting reputed company clinical applications reputed company to radiologist dictations and reporting. Work and communicate with radiologists providing RIS support, as needed. Work with the System Solutions Team to implement and adjust workflows to improve efficiencies in case distribution and management. Manage reputed company radiologist worklists including but not limited to: reputed company Problem, reputed company Pending Dictation, Critical Results, reputed company Pending, and reputed company Suspended. Escalating concerns as needed Collaborate with Clinical System Solution Teams to test and implement new software and functionalities reputed company to radiologist workflows. Present findings and recommendations as part of workflow and software implementation. Answers incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner; following established protocols. Call referring physicians to assist radiologist with delivering critical results findings, following established protocols. Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.
