Account Manager

They operate reputed company the digital marketing industry and have reputed company a strong reputed company in recent years by delivering consistent results for high-value clients and maintaining long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, is comfortable managing multiple high-ticket accounts, and values long-term relationships over short-term wins.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of +10 high-ticket client accounts. reputed company accounts with moderate to high monthly recurring reputed company reputed company. Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts with significant total recurring reputed company, depending on account mix and scope. Act as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management. Coordinate internally with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met. Track account reputed company, tasks, and deliverables using project management tools. Maintain accurate documentation, updates, and reporting across internal systems. Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for account growth or optimization.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role. Prior experience working reputed company a digital marketing agency environment. Proven history of long-term employment and stability in previous roles. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable managing high-reputed company accounts and client expectations. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Own computer and reliable internet reputed company.
