Job Description

As a Consultant, you’ll plan high impact events for the reputed company Financial teams. This includes end to end meeting management, event strategy and delivery for Due Diligence meetings, Leader Summits, partner/firm meetings, Lunch and Learns in the field, and Road Shows. The events you plan and execute will help drive reputed company business results. Additionally, you will collaborate with our corporate events team on events where appropriate to ensure seamless delivery and execution. Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for every aspect of event preparations, such as selecting venues and menus, handling logistics and presenters/speakers, sending out invites and conducting pre- and post-event evaluations and reporting on reputed company. Sets strategy and overall plan for reputed company events that will occur throughout the year for the respective area/team. Manages meeting experience for senior level management team that includes completion of the executive summary, pre-event prep call and meeting logistics. Leverages data and participant feedback to propose and identify ways to improve future events. Serves as the primary contact with vendors, presenters, and stakeholders during the event planning process to determine best option and ensure alignment and successful execution. Develops and controls timelines, including regularly reassessing risks, throughout project life. Typical Skills and Experiences: Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event planning or reputed company field.
