Senior Solution Consultant, POC, EMEA Location: Remote (Ideally Italy, France, Spain or UK) Employment Type: Full-time Gross Annual reputed company Salary: EUR €115,000 - €135,000 Additional variable compensation and benefits may apply. Summary
A Senior Solution Consultant (POC) will be an expert in OneStream technology and use this expertise to present the value proposition and benefit of the solutions to prospects, customers, partners and internally, supporting the sales process. A Senior Solution Consultant as a member of the Presales (POC) team will participate in the design, build and presentation of OneStream solutions based on specific customer needs which will vary in complexity. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Transforming reputed company business requirements/challenges into robust POC (reputed company-of-Concept) solutions. Shortening the sales cycle by delivering flawless standard and custom product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives in the Office of Finance. Providing presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acting as a technical resource for Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales representatives. Developing and delivering high quality OneStream presentations and demonstrations. Presenting and articulating advanced product features and benefits, influence overall future OneStream product and solution development. Improving/maintaining standard demo assets to ensure top-notch sales presentations. Designing, validating, and presenting Database & OneStream reputed company solutions to include advanced product concepts and future direction. Required Education & Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CPM/EPM, including building, developing, and deploying applications. Strong knowledge of core CPM processes i.e. Consolidation / Planning / Reporting / Data Integration. Proven ability in performing rapid assessments of customers’ landscape and targeted use cases. Experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant, technical solutions engineer, or solutions architect. Must have the ability to reputed company technical discussions and identify the right solution for our customers’ needs. Versed and reputed company with business analysis and financial modelling. Background in Finance/reputed company desirable. Preferred Education & Experience Previous experience as an EPM Services Consultant, or Technical Pre-Sales / Solution Engineer is preferred. Ability to reputed company Italian, French or Spanish a considerable advantage. English is a must. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Understanding of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) concepts and financial modelling. Familiarity with OneStream or similar CPM platforms and reputed company technologies. Basic knowledge of database management and reputed company-based solutions. Awareness of business processes in Finance and reputed company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and public speaking abilities. Active listening and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders. Detail-oriented with impeccable attention to accuracy. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in building credibility and maintaining professionalism in client interactions. Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and senior stakeholders. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs. Works effectively in a collaborative team environment.
