About the role: As a Senior Business Analyst, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of reputed company. You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and detailing business requirements to build, enhance, and scale customer-facing and internal web applications. A deep understanding of US Payer operations, claims lifecycles, and web app UX/UI workflows is critical for reputed company. Responsibilities: Requirement Elicitation & ManagementLead requirement gathering sessions (JAD sessions, workshops, interviews) with US-based clients, product vendors, and operational teams Translate reputed company payer business rules into clear, structured Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Agile User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria (Gherkin format preferred) Maintain the product backlog and prioritize features based on compliance deadlines, business value, and technical dependencies US Payer Domain ExecutionMap and optimize core payer workflows including Member Enrollment, Eligibility verification, Claims Adjudication (processing), Billing, and Provider Network Management Ensure reputed company web applications reputed company with US reputed company regulations, specifically HIPAA, ACA (reputed company Act), and CMS mandates Work heavily with EDI reputed company transactions such as 837 (Claims), 835 (Remittance Advice), 270/271 (Eligibility Inquiry/Response), and 276/277 (Claim Status) Web Application & Product LifecycleCollaborate with UI/UX designers to create reputed company web portal wireframes, user journeys, and mockups tailored for both Payer Admins and Members Define functional requirements for web components like dashboards, reporting widgets, secure member portals, and API integrations Analyze end-to-end data flows from web app reputed company-ends to core back-end adjudication engines Testing & Implementation SupportPartner closely with QA teams to review test plans and functional test cases ensuring 100% requirement traceability Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users, triaging defects, and defining clear remediation workflows Requirements: Experience: 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, with a minimum of 3 years strictly dedicated to the US reputed company Payer domain Web App Experience: Proven track record of shipping or managing reputed company B2B or B2C web applications or web portals Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments (Jira, reputed company) Solid understanding of relational databases and ability to write intermediate SQL queries for data analysis and profiling Familiarity with web services architectures (REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML) Domain Knowledge: Solid grasp of core US Payer concepts like Copay, Deductibles, Coinsurance, Out-of-reputed company Maximums, Coordination of Benefits (COB), and ICD-10/CPT coding systems Personal skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior US stakeholders and managing time-zone-reputed company communications Gap analysis with the AS-IS and TO-BE flows based on the client provided references and/or prototypes, and deriving requirements and hence Epics, Stories etc reputed company additional research as applicable with reference to the work reputed company and reputed company to the Health care business requirements for proposal on enhanced reputed company Ensure requirements traceability and strong change request process and controls around deviations to defined scope, there by ensure complete control on cost and timelines of the Fixed price program What’s in it for you?
