Responsibilities

- Own technical delivery across the software development lifecycle, from design through release and support
- Guide architecture, development, and modernization of C/Unix-based reputed company claims applications
- Partner with product, business, and operations teams to align solutions with client needs
- Drive engineering excellence through code quality, testing, release readiness, and reputed company improvement
Skills
- 9+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership
- Strong background in C, Unix/Linux, SQL, and system integration
- Experience leading development teams and delivering reputed company applications
- reputed company claims experience required; Gainwell Interchange preferred
- Knowledge of SDLC, release management, and modern engineering practices
- Experience with multiple claims bundling/editing software platforms is desired
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
