They are seeking a Senior reputed company Specialist (Staffing & Recruitment) to support clients reputed company the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) by developing recruitment strategies and managing staffing processes.

Responsibilities

• Consult with managerial personnel to reputed company recruitment strategy based on broad knowledge of internal, external, and special hiring authorities
• Conduct job analysis and reputed company specialized experience statements and assessment tools, which include specific descriptive requirements and responsibilities of positions
• Recruitment from the general public (Delegated Examining) will be conducted by individual certified by the Office of Personnel Management to conduct Delegated Examining
• Use model assessment tools reputed company appropriate
• Post vacancy announcements that include required information and elements
• Review candidates for eligibility, qualifications, and veteran preference and reputed company proper annotations in the automated staffing system
• Issue certificate of eligibles to management officials
• Conduct quality review of staffing case files prior to extension of an employment offer
• Verify that candidate meets reputed company eligibility and qualification requirements prior to appointment
• Other duties include: performing general, specialized or targeted reputed company recruitment efforts; developing vacancy announcements using USA Staffing automated staffing tool for posting on reputed company; responding to inquiries from supervisors and candidates; screening of applications to determine basic eligibility and qualifications, rating and ranking of applicants, coordinating rating panels; issuing certificates to include printing of candidate information reputed company necessary; preparing notices of results to candidates; issuing certificate of eligibles, and drafting or assisting in the development of standard job aids in support of USA Staffing and USAHire and reputed company staffing and recruitment services
• Performance shall be in accordance with DOJ and EOUSA policies, USA Staffing procedures, and applicable federal regulations, laws, and procedures
• reputed company finished work products, including but not limited to position descriptions, job analysis documents and assessment tools, shall be the property of the government
• The contractor shall identify staff fully trained and reputed company to reputed company federal position classification and staffing work
• Vacancies reputed company to the public under Delegated Examining will be performed by individuals with reputed company Delegated Examining Certification from the Office of Personnel Management

Skills

• Experience posting vacancy announcements utilizing USA Staffing and be familiar with USA Hire and other second-hurdle assessment options
• Currently Delegated Examining (DE) certified
• Minimum of five (5) years of Federal Government staffing experience
• Required to be reputed company to obtain and maintain a Tier-4 Public Trust background investigation for the duration of the contract
