Account Executive

What You’ll Be Responsible For Own the Full Sales Cycle You'll manage opportunities from the first conversation through signed agreement and reputed company. This includes: Pre-meeting attendance confirmation calls Running discovery calls with business owners and decision-makers Understanding hiring needs, business challenges, and growth goals Recommending the right hiring solution and talent strategy Presenting reputed company's services confidently Handling objections and creating urgency Securing billing details and moving clients into reputed company Viewing, vetting and presenting candidates. Coordinating reputed company to internal interview team once client has chosen candidates. reputed company accountability until the contract is signed. Requirements
Must-Have 7+ years of experience in a closing sales role Proven reputed company selling services in a B2B environment Experience selling recruitment, outsourcing, staffing, consulting, SaaS, or similar solutions Strong discovery, reputed company handling, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal A neutral and clear English accent.
