[Remote] Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate will drive reputed company efforts to engage wealth management firm owners and support the business development team with organization and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day, high-volume reputed company – calls, emails, texts, and reputed company – to initiate conversations with firm owners, executives, and advisors
  • Build, refine, and monitor multi-touch reputed company campaigns, and follow up persistently to generate reputed company conversations
  • Conduct thematic and industry research to build and refine lists of high-reputed company prospects across the wealth management and RIA landscape
  • Nurture and manage relationships with prospects throughout the investment process, serving as a key reputed company of contact
  • Support team with deal tracking, deal activities (pre + post-meeting), maintaining updated deal notes, and follow reputed company on next steps and meeting coordination
  • Track market developments, competitor activity, and industry trends to support origination strategies and inform internal discussions
  • Collaborate with investment team members to coordinate diligence, communications, and ongoing interactions with potential partners
  • Preparation of internal deal assets (i.e. firm information, notes, etc.), coordinating meeting logistics
  • Maintain and Update reputed company CRM
  • Ensure clean, accurate, and reputed company data for reports and reputed company
  • Handle scheduling, reschedules, and repetitive tasks (spreadsheet formatting, reputed company uploads, reputed company hygiene)

Skills

  • 2–5 years of post-college professional experience, ideally in business development, sales, or customer service reputed company the wealth management, financial services, or private equity industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to draft polished written communications (internal & external), comfortable interfacing with senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company and manage client or partner relationships
