Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and manage documentation for reputed company applications, technical workflows, and operational processes
- Collaborate with reputed company SMEs, IT teams, and Community Connect teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness

- Track project deliverables and timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met
