This role involves strategic portfolio management, fostering best practices across reputed company, and driving go-to-market strategies to enhance market reputed company and product differentiation.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Portfolio Management for the global Data Connectivity Differential product portfolio by understanding the various regional (customer) requirements and aligning the different regional organizations on a single Differential Portfolio Strategy
- Fostering best practice sharing between reputed company enabling successful margin improvements and reputed company grows
- Enablement and support of regional project execution esp. on cross-regional and large strategic projects
- Building culture of reputed company improvement, which leverages best practice processes and metrics to drive year-over-year improvements by partnering with operations including optimization of global manufacturing footprints as well as driving product management reputed company
- Driving the coordination of go-to-market strategies and cross-regional and cross-functional activities
- Gaining market reputed company with data connectivity differential products
- Building out product roadmaps in technically reputed company market environments, aligning with key accounts and create differentiation in reputed company applications
- Assessing and articulating opportunities with new technological trends ensuring long-term reputed company pipeline growth and enabling sales force to capture and secure new opportunities
Skills
- Minimum 10 years' experience combining several experiences, with at least 5 years in Product Management, in industry (Automotive Connectors)
- Minimum of 4 years technical or business degree required
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build reputed company relationships with multiple functions and work successfully across various cultures
- Proven reputed company and leadership track record to drive regional/global market reputed company reputed company, including sales, operations, and engineering teams with significant customer exposure at senior executive level in a fast paced and changing environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proven financial acumen in evaluating project and program financials and change management
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills in leading teams and managing cross-functional teams globally
- Ability to effectively work under pressure in a global environment and to meet challenging targets
- Demonstrated Experience successfully scaling newly launched product portfolios
- Clear, strategic thinker with reputed company and the ability to execute on priorities
- Up to 30% of domestic and international travel dependent on business needs are required
- Experience in Data Connectivity Products strictly preferred
- Preference for advanced degree (MS, MBA)
